Cosmoem Began Evolve

"After so long, Buru take care of Cosmoem since it's just a Cosmog that was given the name called Lune. People called this Pokemon was rather completely useless since it can't use any moves to battle although it's absolutely ultra rare. And the time Buru took care of it, some evildoers realize that Lune possessed enormous power. Many hands of evil tries to take control over the power. Since then, Buru take good care of Lune with all of his heart, no matter what happens, he protects Lune even that would cost his own life to protect it, because of that, Lune evolves because Lune hears Buru's heart completely."

This is just my background story of both Lune and Buru ( which is my oc trainer/etc) soo yeah. Not the same as evolution effect but I use my own style. So, you'll see Lune and Buru in the next art piece.
